The entire state-of-the-art production line has been imported from
Europe and China. This ensures that customers get the advantage of
superior physical and mechanical properties in the boards and panels,
with the smoothest surfaces and the most homogeneous structure.
The salient and distinctive features of the production process are:
- De-Pithing Technology : To remove unwanted pith from
sugarcane bagasse.
- Washing System : To remove dirt and foreign particles
from the de-pithed bagasse and susequently improve its color.
- Refining System : To generate high quality fibre from the
de-pithed bagasse.
- Mat-Forming : To form mats of varying dimensions, as a
continuous process, from the high quality bagasse fibre.
- Pre-Press : To squeeze the air out of the mat, make it
compact and bring it to the precisely required dimensions.
- Hot Press : To press the mats perfectly with uniform
pressure and temperature distribution. High pressure accumulators
are used in the hydraulic hot press system to enhance the quality of
end-product.
- Cooling Wheel : To cool the boards as they come out of
the hot press, thereby acclimatising them to the ambient
temperature.
- The Programme Logic Control system (PLC) : To ensure
error-free operation, ease of plant maintenance and absolute
consistency in product quality for valued customers.
